The status and scope of the ongoing patio and balcony remediation of Building 60
Why is continued remediation required for Buildings 70, 30, and 20, and why can’t the Reserve Fund pay for these remediations
What are the two options to finance a project of this scope as a condominium corporation, and why is a shared loan the best option for owners
Why is this Special Resolution required to pass before a loan can be attained, and the costs assumed per unit should the resolution pass
Should the Special Resolution NOT pass, a special levy (special assessment) will be required of each unit and what this looks like comparatively
