BICYCLE STORAGE ACCESS
Registration TermsA secure bicycle storage cage is located in the parkade for resident convenience and additional space. The bicycle cage is located in the building 60 parkade.
Instructions:Bicycle owners are required to submit the form below for Bicycles Cage access
Site Office will issue you a bicycle tag and access details
Bicycles (including tricycles) may not be stored on patios or on common property
When leaving the Bicycle Cage, be sure to lock the gate behind you for the protection of your property and that of other’s. (Simply scramble the numbers then clench the lock closed.)
Terms and conditions:
Bicycle owners are responsible for their bicycles. Unregistered bicycles found on common property are subject to removal and disposal. Unclaimed bicycles may be removed and disposed of at the Board's discretion

The corporation accepts no responsibility for damage or theft to any bicycle stored in the bicycle cage

The Board of Directors has a duty to govern and enforce the Bylaws of the Condominium Corporation as outlined.The Bylaws for Red Haus are clear regarding the obligations of the Corporation and the responsibilities of Owners. This policy was passed by the Board of Directors on July 26, 2025 and distributed to all Owners and Residents on August 13, 2025.
This policy comes into effect on September 14, 2025.

How to Change your Intercom Information
Intercom Instructions:
Complete the form to have your unit’s intercom directory updated. If completed by tenant, the owner must sign physical Intercom Form OR provide email authorization to the Site Office.
Never allow unknown people into the building
To answer the intercom system, press “9.” Once pressed, the front door will unlock, and the line will disconnect

In accordance with Red Haus Bylaws, prior to undertaking any renovations, owners are first required to seek Board Approval. An application for construction will be required for submission.
The following Renovation Policy was passed by the Board of Directors on March 4, 2024, and distributed to all Owners and Residents on March 15, 2024. This policy comes into effect on April 15, 2024.
