LOUNGE RESERVATIONS
Rental Policy & Reservation Form

Rental Policy | Terms and Conditions:

  • To reserve the lounge for a private function, please complete the following:

    1. Reservation Form is submitted below OR via Condo Control

    2. Pre-Function Inspection is completed with Site Office. Rental signatures are collected by Maintenance Supervisor.

    3. Rental Fee is paid ($100). This fee is non-refundable.

    4. Refundable Deposit is paid: $150.00 for functions not requiring a liquor license; and $300 for functions requiring a liquor license. Deposit refunds are issued following the post-event inspection.

    5. Post-Function Inspection with Site Office. Deposits are refunded within 10 business days following the function.

  • Reservation Forms must be submitted at least 7-days prior to function.

    Reservations are not guaranteed until the following actions are taken: Reservation Form submitted; Fee + Deposit paid; and Pre-Function Inspection is conducted.

    Lounge reservations will not be approved for units in arrears or with outstanding charges against it.

    Cancellations must be requested within 1-business day of the scheduled function. Failing to cancel a reservation within this time frame will result in a $50 Late Cancellation Charge deducted from your deposit.

    2. Cheque (at Site Office). Rental Fee and Deposit are paid by two cheques payable to Condominium Corporation No. 0514332

    3. Credit Card (via Condo Control)

  • All pre-inspections must be confirmed with the Site Office and occur during business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM. If the reservation holder fails to complete the pre-inspection, their reservation will be forfeited.

    Post-Function Inspections will be confirmed at the Pre-Function Inspection and will occur the next business day.

  • The Club Haus Lounge is intended for the use and enjoyment of Red Haus residents.

    Hours of use: 5:00AM – 11:00PM

    Lounge users must be accompanied by a Red Haus resident at all times.

    The lounge may not be reserved for commercial use or any event where the event may lead to monetary exchange or profit.

    Children under 18 years of age may not be left unattended in the Club Haus.

    The unit owner is responsible to ensure that their tenants, guests and/or children comply with the Red Haus bylaws, these Terms & Conditions, including all posted signs.

    Owners agree to assume all responsibility for any and all damages to the lounge, which may have been caused by them, their tenant and/or their guests.

    Any damages or necessary cleaning will be taken out of the deposit. Any damage not covered by the deposit will be charged to the unit owner.

    Neither the Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor or Condominium Corporation is responsible for damages or loss of any articles left in the lounge by the owner or tenant or their guests, prior to, during, or following any function.

    The lounge is to be left in a neat and tidy condition after use. The owner and/or tenant will be charged a fee for any additional cleaning or repair costs, which includes the kitchen area and its appliances.

    Confetti or other similar substances are not permitted in the lounge or anywhere on the common property. Should such items be used, a cleaning charge will be charged to the unit owner.

    The Club Haus Lounge is to be locked and secure after 11:00PM, unless previously booked at that time the Owner will be given a special FOB with the approved time frame.

    The Club Haus Lounge and its balconies are designated NON SMOKING areas.

    There are no pets permitted in the Club Haus Lounge.

    Function host is responsible to advise guests of the fire evacuation plan.

    All alcoholic beverages must be served in accordance with the laws of the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission and all alcohol is to remain in the lounge, and may not be taken into residential hallways or the courtyard.

    Red Haus Corporation is exempt from liability resulting from alcohol consumption during a private function in the Club Haus Lounge.

    The Property Manager and/or Corporation reserve the right to limit or restrict the use and availability of the Lounge. The owner/tenant further agrees that in the event the Property Manager temporarily restricts, or removes, or for any reason whatsoever cannot provide the Owner/Tenant with access to, or use of the space, neither the Owner or their guest shall be entitled to seek any remedy or relief whether by way of damages or otherwise against the Manager or the Corporation.

    All signs, banners, balloons, strings, tape, streamers, and all other decorations must be cleaned and removed from the Lounge, railings and all outdoor common property. Failure to do so will result in a minimum $50 deduction from deposit.

    THE OWNER/RESIDENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO NOTIFY HIS GUESTS THAT THEY ARE RESTRICTED ONLY TO THE USE OF THE LOUNGE AND DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHT TO ACCESS ANY OTHER FACILITIES OR COMMON AREAS.

    USE OF THE LOUNGE OR ATTENDANCE AT PRIVATE FUNCTIONS DOES NOT ENTITLE USE OF THE VISITOR OVERNIGHT PARKING. PLEASE REFER TO THE RED HAUS PARKING POLICY.

    ANY VIOLATION TO THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTION AT THE BOARDS DISCRETION.
